The validation engine runs at every save. It compares the DPP against regulatory schemas (ESPR, WEEE, Battery Pass, AFNOR, GS1) and raises alerts before publication: missing mandatory fields, invalid environmental certificates, absent required documents, WEEE non-compliance, incomplete Battery Pass data. Teams know exactly what is blocking and what needs fixing, line by line.
All checks are documented in a timestamped audit trail, signed by the operator and archived for authority audits.
A DPP that isn't scanned serves no one.
The dashboard tracks real engagement on each passport: who scans, what, when, and which sections are viewed. Cookie-free analytics, GDPR-compliant.

Two layers, one passport.
Management Hub separates what is common to a product from what is unique to each unit. Result: optimised storage, automatically propagated updates, and the flexibility to handle individual cases.

Shared data
Everything common to all units of the same model: technical specifications, certificates and standards, components and materials, environmental data (LCA), product documents. Editing one line updates all units at once.
Product Instance
Unique data
Everything belonging to a single unit: serial number / SKU, manufacturing date, maintenance history, ownership transfers, lifecycle events. Each unit has its own story, separately.
Core DPP and Life-cycle Log
The “Governed Life-cycle Data Framework” from Annex 9 (JRC145830) separates static product data from dynamic lifecycle events. Arianee naturally implements this framework through its blockchain architecture.

The birth certificate
Created at the time of market placement, this data is sealed by the economic operator and can no longer be modified. It contains product identification (SKU, GTIN, serial number), material composition and components, performance parameters, regulatory certifications, and technical documents.
Life-cycle Log · append-only
The logbook
Every event that happens to the product is added to the log — authenticated, timestamped, signed by the actor who recorded it — and impossible to erase. Repairs and maintenance, refurbishments, ownership transfers, firmware updates, end of life and recycling: everything remains inscribed.
